COO and Director
Mr. Saint has over 20 years of international project and construction management experience in civil and mining industries, including key project positions within Scotgold Resources, Lundin Mining, Amec, Rio Tinto and Gabriel Resources.
Mr. Saint’s experience is primarily in major projects with roles in corporate, engineering and construction management for contractors and owners in the Middle East, Europe and Australia. With consulting, contractor, EPCM and owners representative experience including defining, scoping, managing, controlling, delivering, review and audit of large scale mining and infrastructure projects.
Mr. Saint s responsible for the safe and successful operation of the Company and its growth and development projects. He develops the Company policies for corporate and operational activities,
Samuel Monroy
Guatemala General Manager
Mr. Monroy is a qualified geologist and has acted as the General Manager for Firestone Ventures Inc, since 2011, before being bought by Esperanza Resources in 2021. Managing the day to day administrative, planning, legal and project activities, in order to maintain the licence to operate and advance the Company project development plans.
Mr. Monroy has been the legal representative of Fuego Estrella S.A. in Guatemala, which holds the mining licence for Torlon Hill.
Mr. Monroy has extensive experience within Guatemala’s Mining industry and has been instrumental in developing the Company’s expansion plans and finding new exciting prospects within Guatemala.
